Deine Aufgabenschwerpunkte Sammlung, Validierung und Aufbereitung von HR Daten aus Systemen wie SAP HCM und Workday – mit starkem Fokus auf Reporting und HR Controlling Aufbau, Weiterentwicklung und Pflege moderner HR Dashboards und Reports in Excel, Power BI oder weiteren Reporting Tools Durchführung fundierter Datenanalysen zur Identifizierung von Trends, Auffälligkeiten und Optimierungspotenzialen für ein datengestütztes HR Controlling Erstellung von Rückstellungen und Abgrenzungen in enger Abstimmung mit Finance Aufbereitung und Präsentation von Analyseergebnissen für interne Stakeholder sowie Erstellung von Dokumentationen Entwicklung von Reports, Auswertungen und HR‑Kennzahlen zur Unterstützung operativer und strategischer Entscheidungen Sicherstellung höchster Datenqualität, Konsistenz und Integrität über alle HR Systeme und Reporting‑Prozesse hinweg Enge Zusammenarbeit mit HR, Controlling und Finance zur Klärung von Datenanforderungen und Weiterentwicklung unserer Reporting‑ und Controlling‑Prozesse Gewährleistung der Einhaltung aller relevanten Datenschutz‑ und Vertraulichkeitsrichtlinien im Umgang mit HR Daten Du bringst mit Auch wenn nicht alle folgenden Punkte auf Dich zutreffen, freuen wir uns Dich kennenzulernen und über die Möglichkeit einer Zusammenarbeit mit Dir zu sprechen!
